SGS Associates (SGS) Company Secretaries, was founded by Mr. D P Gupta in 2003 as a Partnership firm and thereafter converted into proprietorship since the year 2007. Mr. D P Gupta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company secretaries of India since the year 1989 and in whole time practice since the year 1992. he has been associated with number of assignments seving the corpoate sector.
